VILLA
CHRISTINA is a small complex of six spacious maisonettes,
apartments and studios.
It is located just 6 km north of the town of Nafplio, 1 km east of
village Agios Adrianos, an easy 2 hour drive from Athens airport.
It is situated on a hillside with beautiful view to Naphlio town,
Palamidi Castle, Argolic gulf and mountains of Arcadia, in a
property of 6.500 sq. m. planted with orange and olive trees.

The resort is composed of:
Two maisonettes.
Nr 1 & 3: A 88mē maisonette (6-8 persons) with three bedrooms.
On the ground-floor there is a large living-kitchen area with a
fireplace and two built sofas aside the fireplace, which can also
be used as extra beds. On the same level are, a bedroom (with
double bed), bathroom & WC. On the upper level there are two
bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin ). Bathroom & WC.
Two apartments :
Nr 4: A 60mē apartment (4-6 persons) with two bedrooms (1 double
and 1 twin ), a living room, a kitchen. Bathroom & WC.(The 2
additional persons on sofa bed).
Nr 5 : A 36mē apartment (2-4 persons) with one bedroom (double
bed), a sitting-kitchen room with a sofa-bed that converts to twin
beds. Bathroom & WC.
Studios:
Nr 2: A 28mē studio (2-4 persons) with a double bed, a kitchen
and a bathroom & WC on the main floor. An attic with a double
bed is also available (the ladder to the attic is almost vertical).
Nr 6: A 22mē studio (2 persons) with double bed, kitchen ,
bathroom & WC.
All Apartments and studios are air conditioning, central heating,
TV, wireless internet, DVD, Hair dryer.
Parking,
BBQ, Shared swimming pool, ( 7,5x14 m ).
poolside terrace.
Pets: With owner's permission.
